Full-Color Photo Flyer and Home Book -- For in home display, real estate agents and prospective buyers. Detailed book filled with information about your home (i.e. flyer, disclosures, listings database sheet, tax & utility information, and floor plan if available).
Centralized Showing Service -- We contract with this service provider who specializes in scheduling appointments for your home to be shown. Agents who show your property will be immediately emailed a feedback request form. Feedback is very important and is sometimes hard to receive from other agents. We work hard to make sure you know what we know when we know it.
Open Houses -- General public open house and broker open house are optional and based on location. Broker luncheons are opportunities for us to showcase your property. Other agents are invited to preview your home and grab a bite to eat. This keeps your property in the front of their minds.
