This long time furniture and appliance center has provided high quality appliances to consumers in Statesville for over 38 years. The Owners are selling all of the inventory to the highest bidder so they can change their focus and expand their business in the flooring business including carpet, wood floorings & tile. This is a UNIQUE opportunity for the general public to purchase NEW inventory at ABSOLUTE AUCTION.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

TERMS:  NO Buyers Premium.  Cash, Good Check and Credit Cards will be accepted. N.C Sales Tax applies. Payment must be in full on sale day. No items are to be removed until full payment. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, without warranties, express or implied. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete.

REGISTRATION: All persons must be registered to bid. In order to register, you must have a drivers license or photo I.D.

DIRECTIONS: I-77 North to Exit 54 (Us- 21). Turn left onto US 21 and travel approximately .03 miles. Auction is on the right. Watch for signs.

REMOVAL OF ITEMS: No items are to be removed until full payment. Items may be removed on Auction day until 10pm, and Sunday December 21st from 9am - 5pm.

SALES TAX: Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid N.C. sales tax number.
